At Feelgood Health we like to offer as much information as possible to help you get the most out of the remedies you choose. Our Ask Us team is supervised by our Director, Michele Carelse (Clinical Psychologist), and staffed by a team of trained health consultants. We also have a telephone helpline at 021 797 0193 (South Africa) - during office hours only.

We love being in direct contact with our customers and always enjoy speaking to you - whether by email or on the phone. However, some questions come up again and again, so we thought it would be useful to list them here:

1. Are your remedies available in shops?

Yes, they are available in our shop at 8 Gabriel Road, Plumstead, Cape Town. Otherwise we ship all our local orders throughout South Africa - to your PO Box, nearest Post Office or Postnet, or directly to your door (in major centres). Please click here for international orders outside South Africa. All our products are available worldwide.


2. How long does it take to get the remedies to me?

Online and telephone orders within South Africa will be couriered to reach you within 1 - 2 working days.


3. I don't have a credit card. How else can I order?

You can also pay online via EFT or deposit at the bank. Please fax the deposit slip to 021 797 0045 and we will dispatch the remedies to you once the payment reflects in our account.


8. Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. Simply return the product together with proof of payment and we will refund your money.


9. What happens if I have more questions about your remedies?

Feel free to contact our health consultants at help@feelgoodhealth.co.za or by telephone on 021 797 0193 (for South African customers). This support service is supervised by our Clinical Psychologist to ensure that you receive the best advice.
